Renee Lucchesi
Educator at PCS
Renee Chaffin is an educator, mother, and fitness enthusiast. She has taught overseas and in California public schools for nearly 15 years. After holding a variety of roles in the classroom, Renee has most recently taught junior high English Language Development to immigrant students who were fleeing danger and learning English. Renee taught in Argentina for several years, where she developed fluency in Spanish and taught ESL to young children and adults. Apart from teaching ELD, Renee has a background in fundraising, copywriting, educational coaching, and fitness instruction. Renee holds a bachelor’s degree from UC Berkeley and an MA in education, as well as a Teaching English as a Foreign Language Certificate that she earned in Buenos Aires, Argentina, and a Bilingual California Teaching Credential. Renee is a mom to two young children, Andino and Gemma, and enjoys exercise and yoga. She hopes to blend her love for writing and fitness to transform her community in her Northern California classroom.
