GVRS Intervention Specialist

ABOUT THE ROLE The Group Violence Reduction Strategy (GVRS) Intervention Specialist works within the City of Baltimore Mayor's Office of Neighborhood Safety and Engagement (MONSE). This role provides targeted support and evidence-based interventions to youth and adults facing behavioral, emotional, academic, or social challenges. The focus is on assessment, individualized service planning, crisis response, skill development, and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams to promote long-term stability for individuals at the highest risk of involvement in gun violence.
