Behavioral Health Therapist

ABOUT THE ROLE The Loudoun County Department of Mental Health, Substance Abuse and Developmental Services is seeking an energetic and dynamic Licensed Mental Health Professional (LMHP) for the Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) program. ACT is an evidence-based model supporting adults with serious and persistent mental illnesses or co-occurring substance use disorders. This role provides treatment interventions in non-clinic-based settings throughout Loudoun County, offering ongoing care to individuals who frequently experience episodes of homelessness, hospitalizations, and/or incarcerations in a person-centered and patient-driven manner.
