Belinda Sharp is a transformative leader dedicated to driving meaningful change in mental health, clinical leadership, and organizational transformation. With over 27 years of experience, she is passionate about fostering growth, championing strategic initiatives, and mentoring the next generation of leaders. As an Executive Coach and Advisory Board Member for CityGov, she collaborates with leadership teams to enhance operational readiness and cultivate a culture of innovation. A lifelong educator, she delivers impactful seminars on trauma-informed care, suicide prevention, and leadership development. Her commitment to continuous learning is reflected in her academic journey—holding a Master’s in Counseling from Indiana University and currently pursuing a Master’s in Management at Harvard University, where she also earned a Certificate in Organizational Behavior. As a Licensed Professional Counselor and Qualified Supervisor, Belinda is devoted to mentoring emerging leaders and strengthening the future of mental health care. Beyond her professional pursuits, she finds joy in hiking, traveling, and cherishing time with her grandson, grown daughters, and beloved cats. Rooted in a holistic approach to leadership, she seamlessly integrates her passion for community, education, and well-being into everything she does.
