World language teacher

Flavia Colucci-Lampone is an experienced Italian teacher with over eight years of experience in K–12 education. Guided by Rusul Alrubail’s belief that great teaching is rooted in kindness, empathy, and inspiration, she encourages her students to pursue passions that make learning feel effortless. Flavia views teaching as a work of art—she is a passionate educator who guides students to lead their own learning. Inspired by Maria Montessori’s philosophy, she fosters both independence and responsibility in her classroom. Deeply committed to the New York State World Language Standards, Flavia integrates culture and language in every lesson and embraces Differentiated Instruction to create an inclusive, engaging, and respectful learning environment.
