AI-enabled performance analytics can surface subtle indicators of ownership. For instance, an employee who frequently revises their work after peer feedback or improves AI-generated outputs shows a learning mindset that raw productivity metrics can’t capture. Conversely, someone who only interacts superficially with the tool by taking drafts at face value, submitting quickly, and rarely iterating, signals compliance, not growth.
