Aaron Flahaut

Aaron Flahaut is a military professional with expertise in security operations, program management, and leadership development. He conducts threat-based analysis for U.S. strategic asset protection and advises on security infrastructure for billion-dollar construction projects. Currently serving on the Air Force Global Strike Command staff, he manages 100+ military personnel and contractors, ensuring compliance with federal regulations. With a decade of service, he has led law enforcement teams both stateside and deployed, working closely with senior military leaders. Aaron is also dedicated to leadership development, mentoring future managers and teaching government personnel on organizational culture and decision-making. He holds a B.S. in Psychology from the University of Maryland and an ALM in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Harvard University, Extension School. He will soon transition to a role as a U.S. Air Force Pilot.
