Aaron Flahaut

Aaron Flahaut is a military professional with expertise in security operations, program management, and leadership development. He has experience conducting threat-based analysis for U.S. strategic asset protection and has advised on security infrastructure for multi-billion-dollar construction projects. Formerly a manager of security operations for Air Force Global Strike, where he managed 100+ military personnel and contractors, ensuring compliance with federal regulations, he has recently graduated Officer Training School, and is awaiting pilot training. With a decade of service, he has led law enforcement teams both stateside and deployed, working closely with senior military leaders. Aaron is also dedicated to leadership development, mentoring future managers and teaching government personnel on organizational culture and decision-making. He holds a B.S. in Psychology from the University of Maryland and an ALM in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Harvard University, Extension School. Some notable accolades include an Air Force Commendation Medal with an Oakleaf Cluster, the Air and Space Achievment Medal with three Oakleaf Clusters, induction in the Black Hills 40 Under 40 for 2025, and the Air Force Global Strike Security Forces Noncommissioned Officer of the Year, among many others.
