Belinda Sharp is a transformative leader with over 27 years of experience in mental health, clinical leadership, and organizational transformation. As an Executive Coach and Advisory Board Member for CityGov, she collaborates with leadership teams to drive strategic initiatives, foster development, and ensure operational readiness.
In her previous role as Clinic Director at the Steven A. Cohen Military Family Clinic in Hinesville, GA, Belinda led cross-functional teams, spearheaded change management initiatives, and successfully secured $650,000 in state funding to expand critical mental health services for military families. Her passion for education is evident in her work teaching seminars and delivering trainings on trauma-informed care, suicide prevention, and leadership development.
Belinda holds a Master’s degree in Counseling from Indiana University and is currently pursuing a Master’s in Management at Harvard University, where she also earned a Certificate in Organizational Behavior. As a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and Qualified Supervisor, she is committed to mentoring future leaders in the field.
Outside of her professional endeavors, Belinda enjoys hiking, traveling, and cherishing time with her grandson, grown daughters, and beloved cats. Her dedication to family and personal well-being underscores her holistic approach to leadership and community engagement.
