The advisor telling artists what the deal actually means. I started as a record executive and producer, working with some of the top names in music through Universal, EMI, Sony, and Time Warner. Along the way, I built companies, closed worldwide publishing deals worth over a million dollars, and learned the one lesson the industry teaches better than any business school: the person who understands leverage always wins. Today I have lectured at Pace University's Lubin School of Business, serve as Honorary Chair of the National Noble Youth Committee for the National Organization of Black Law Enforcement Executives, and I'm building Street Smart Business, a media brand focused on real business education for the next generation of entrepreneurs, creators, and operators.
