Dr. Dustin Stambaugh is an experienced local government executive and public administration professional currently serving as City Manager for the City of Weed, California. He previously served in municipal leadership roles in Ellsworth, Kansas; Walsenburg, Colorado; and as the first City Administrator for Fairfax, Iowa. Throughout his career, he has led organizational reforms, infrastructure and economic development initiatives, financial and personnel administration, strategic planning, public communication, and intergovernmental partnerships. Dr. Stambaugh holds a Doctor of Public Administration and brings a leadership approach grounded in accountability, intellectual humility, community engagement, and practical problem-solving.
